I had a pleasant experience at Grange Moor Hotel. The gardens looked lovely, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. Staff members were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed. I appreciated their willingness to assist with my requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to the town center, just a 15-minute walk away. I did encounter several issues during my visit. The room itself felt quite cramped, and the heating seemed inconsistent at times, making it a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom, although clean, had outdated facilities that could use a refresh. while I found some aspects enjoyable, I believe the hotel could improve in maintaining its rooms and facilities to match the appeal of its staff and environment.

I found the Grange Moor Hotel to be charming, with lovely gardens and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and comfortable, especially with easy access for seniors like myself.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

I absolutely fell in love with the charming gardens that felt straight out of a fairytale. The cozy atmosphere in my room made it the perfect retreat after exploring nearby attractions. Plus, the attentive staff really went the extra mile to make...  

I loved my stay because the room was cozy with handy tea-making facilities, and I enjoyed unwinding in the peaceful garden area and relaxing on the sun terrace. Even though my room faced the smoking area and there was a bit of noise from the nearby bar, it didn’t ruin my overall experience. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own snacks as the tea and coffee setup could use an upgrade. ☕️

Great stay with minor hiccups

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the easy access to the town center. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfy. We also enjoyed nice meals in the lounge, especially the calamari. Just a heads-up, our shower had some issues, but the staff sorted it out quickly.

The food was quite tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy bar area that provided a nice place to unwind after a long day. the cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement, as I noticed a few cobwebs.

excellent access to parks and local attractions for city strolls

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying how close both Brenchley Gardens and Clare Park were, making my city strolls delightful while discovering the area’s charm, and I was welcomed warmly by the friendly staff who genuinely made me feel at home.
